探讨临床药师的药学治疗思维

Investigation of pharmacotherapeutic thinking of clinical pharmacists

目的对药师在临床上的治疗思维方法进行介绍。方法对2011年5月～2012年4月期间在笔者所在医院就诊的200例住院患者给予科学、合理的用药指导。通过临床实践,建立药学治疗思维途径。结果药剂师通过对200名患者1年时间的用药指导和跟踪观察,通过电话随访,有152例患者的并发症及基础疾病得到有效控制,治愈有效率达到76%,病理改变得到有效逆转、机体功能获得极大改善,很多发病因素得以消除。结论临床药师必须结合临床实践,根据不同患者的实际情况,建立药学治疗思维途径。

Objiective To introduce the clinical treatment method of thinking of clinical pharmacists. Methods 200 cases of hospitalized patients,who attended to the author＇s hospital during May 2011 to April 2012,were given a scientific and rational medication guide and established the way of thinking on pharmaceutical treatment through clinical practice. Results After medication instructions and follow-up observations on 200 patients for 1 year,complications and underlying disease in patients have effectively controlled,pathological changes has reversaled effectively,bodily functions has greatly improved,many risk factors were eliminated. Conclusion The clinical pharmacists must combine with the clinical practice and establish pharmaeotherapeutic thinking,according to the actual situation of different patients.
