食管癌术后肠内营养混悬液营养支持53例分析

Analysis on enteral nutrition suspension for 53 cases of esophageal cancer postoperative nutritional support

目的探讨食管癌手术后肠内营养悬液营养支持的临床应用。方法对笔者所在医院收治的53例患者术后第1天在胃镜引导下置空肠营养管内营养支持,对营养治疗缩采用的方式、时间、并发症、治疗前后的白蛋白,血红蛋白指标进行统计分析。结果 53例患者均进行肠内营养混悬液营养支持,42例患者好转出院,11例患者出现并发症。结论食道癌患者手术肠内营养混悬液营养支持对于帮助患者度过禁食期,促进切口愈合等有着积极的促进作用,对于术后远期的影响正在进行跟踪观察。

Objective To study the clinical application of enteral nutrition levitation liquid for esophageal cancer surgery nutrition support. Methods Analysed the clinical data of 53 treated patients who came to our hospital the first day in the upper guide underneath the jejunum nutrition tube nutrition support to the nutrition therapy shrinkage way,time,complications,before and after treatment albumin,hemoglobin indexin statistical. Results Of the 53 patients who received enteral nutrition suspension liquid,42 patients got better and left the hospital,11 patients had complications. Conclusion Enteral nutrition suspension liquid has positive influence for patients with esophageal cancer surgery nutrition support,it can help patients through fasting period and promote healing of incision,and have a long-term effect on postoperative we＇re doing traeking.
