基于心脏和经脉经穴探讨NO与交感神经变化的研究情况分析 被引量:1

摘要 一氧化氮(NO)和交感神经(SN)在心脏生理病理变化和经脉经穴的功能活动中发挥着重要作用。本文基于心脏和经脉经穴,从NO在心血管生理和病理变化中的效应,SN对心血管功能活动的调节,NO的中枢调节部位及其调节心血管功能活动的介导物,以及药物和针灸对NO效应的影响等,系统地分析了NO和SN在心血管功能活动过程中可能的发生机制。经总结发现,NO和SN在干预心血管系统疾病的过程中,受控于中枢神经系统,涉及脊髓和大脑中枢核团;SN和血小板介导了NO对心血管系统功能活动的调节;药物治疗或针刺心包经穴位可通过调节外周血或心肌组织中NO和NO合酶(NOS)而发挥保护心肌损伤的作用,并在针刺经穴后,可以显现经穴组织中NO的特异性变化和经穴组织中NO变化的循经特征。经分析以往研究文献发现,目前基于SN介导NO对心血管系统功能的调节开展经穴-脏腑相关的双向性效应规律和机制等的研究较少,值得关注。 Nitric oxide and sympathetic nerves play an important role in the pathophysiological changes of the heart and the functional activity of meridians and acupoints. A heart-meridian-acupoint-based summary has been undertaken of the possible mechanism of the nitric oxide and sympathetic nerves in the functional cardiovascular activities in terms of NO effect on the cardiovascular physiopathological changes, the regu- lative effect of sympathetic nerves on cardiovascular functions, NO central regulative site, the medium in regulation of NO in cardiovascular functions, and the effect of medicine or acupuncture on NO functions. It is revealed that NO and sympathetic nerves are controlled by the central nervous system, involving the spinal cord and cerebral nucleus. Sympathetic nerves and platelets are the medium in regulation of NO in cardiovascular functions, and medication or needles applied to the points on the pericardium channel pro- tects the cardiac muscles from injury by regulative effect of NO and NOS in peripheral blood and cardiac muscles. Application of acupuncture produces specific changes of NO in the point tissues and the features of changes along the channel can be seen. A review of past literature shows that it is an under-researched area and deserves more attention.
