基于质量特性理论的员工激励问题探析

摘要 激励问题是一个企业人力资源管理的关键问题,对于企业的生存和发展至关重要。现代企业应以质量特性理论核心思想为基础,重视人力资源的作用,制定既符合企业实际,又能较好地满足员工各具差异而又动态变化的需要,具有效益性,规范性,又具有灵活性的激励制度。 Employee motivation problem is the key issue to an enterprise human resource management. It is essential to the existence and development of an enterprise. The modern enterprise should pay attention to the importance of human resource and try to develop a motivation system which is consistent with the actual business, and can meet the needs of employees with differences and dynamic changes better based on the quality characteristic theory. Furthermore, the system is cost-effective, standardized, and flexible.
