Employee motivation problem is the key issue to an enterprise human resource management. It is essential to the existence and development of an enterprise. The modern enterprise should pay attention to the importance of human resource and try to develop a motivation system which is consistent with the actual business, and can meet the needs of employees with differences and dynamic changes better based on the quality characteristic theory. Furthermore, the system is cost-effective, standardized, and flexible.
