网络经济的发展重新定义了企业价值的驱动要素,由传统注重的资产规模转变为四个方面,即高效、互补、创新与绑定。同时,企业创造价值的途径发生了巨大变化,品牌塑造、蓝海开创、价值链重构以及产品重新定位等都是基于网络的价值创造模式。
The development of network economy redefines the drive factors of the enterprise value, which changes from traditionally focused asset size to four aspects, this is, high-efficiency, complementation, innovation and binding. At the same time, the approach to enterprise value creation undergoes great changes. And many value creation modes, including brand building, blue ocean establishment, value chain reconstruction, product repositioning and so on, are all on the base of network.
