2010—2011年门诊中成药处方分析

Analysis of Chinese Traditional Patent Medicine Prescriptions During 2010-2011

目的:对卫生部北京医院(以下简称我院)门诊中成药处方进行分析,了解我院中成药处方的用药特点和变化趋势,以期为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:以我院2010年12月—2011年11月门诊中成药处方共计475 610张为样本,以随机抽样法抽取2 400张进行处方分析。结果:我院门诊中成药处方基本能够注重对症用药和配伍组合,但也存在部分不合理用药之处。结论:中成药在临床疾病防治中有着重要的地位,临床医生应加强对中成药的了解,切实做到在中医药理论指导下合理用药,以保障临床用药的安全、有效和经济。

OBJECTIVE：To analyze the Chinese traditional Ministry of Health （our hospital）, probe into the characteristics patent medicine prescriptions in Beijing Hospital of and tendency in the use of Chinese traditional patent medicines in our hospital so as to provide references for clinical rational drug use. METHODS：Among a total of 475 610 Chinese tradititonal patent medicine prescriptions from Dec. 2010 to Nov. 2011 in our hospital, 2 400 prescriptions were randomly sampled for analysis. RESULTS ： The outpatient Chinese traditional patent medicine prescriptions were rational on the whole in that importance has been attached to drug use based on patients＇ symptoms and compatibility between drugs; however, they were far from perfect. CONCLUSION：Chinese traditional patent medicine played an important role in the treatment and prevention of diseases. Clinicians should strengthen their knowledge on Chinese patent medicines and strive for rational use of drugs under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine theory to ensure safe, effective and economic drug use in clinical practice.
