质谱技术——检验医学发展的新动力 被引量:1

摘要 质谱(mass spectrometry,MS)是带电原子、分子或分子碎片按质荷比(或质量)的大小顺序排列的图谱。MS的开发历史要追溯到1906年Thomson发明的抛物线MS装置。电喷雾电离和基质辅助激光解吸电离是诞生于80年代末期的两种软电离技术。
