肝移植后糖尿病发病原因的研究
摘要
肝移植后糖尿病（post transplantation diabetes mellitus,PTDM）是肝移植术后常见并发症之一，与受者预后密切相关。国外报道其发病率为4％-27％。国内也有报道，但数量不多。因此本文收集了108例肝移植患者，测量其移植前后的胰岛素和空腹血糖水平，以了解中国人PTDM的发病率。现报告如下。
