2009—2011年深圳市第二人民医院抗抑郁药应用分析

Use of Antidepressants in Shenzhen Second People's Hospital During 2009-2011

目的:评估我院抗抑郁药使用趋势,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:统计2009—2011年我院抗抑郁药的销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、限定日费用(DDC)等情况并进行分析。结果:3年来我院抗抑郁药总体销售金额和DDDs平稳增长。国产帕罗西汀为我院临床首选药,3年其销售金额及DDDs均居首位。结论:选择性5-羟色胺再摄取抑制剂(SSRI)占我院抗抑郁药的主导地位,进口新型、非典型药使用比例呈逐年增长趋势。

OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the use of antidepressants in our hospital in order to provide reference for clinical rational use of this kind of drugs. METHODS ： The use of antidepressants in our hospital from 2009 to 2010 was analyzed with regard to consumption sum, defined daily dose （DDD） and daily drug cost （DDC） etc. RESULTS： The consumption sum and DDDs of the antidepressants in our hospital from 2009 to 2010 increased steadily. The domestic paroxetine was the first choice among all the antidepressant agents used in our hospital which dominated the first place over the 3 years in terms of consumption sum and DDDs. CONCLUSION： SSRI category is the dominant of antidepressants in our hospital. The proportion of the imported new nontypical antidepressants in our hospital was increasing gradually.
