摘要
目的:对四川省妇幼保健院2010年4月—2011年4月的门急诊处方进行点评,分析用药情况和存在问题。方法:从2010年4月—2011年4月的门急诊处方中随机抽取1 300张做点评与分析。结果:抽取处方的各项指标大部分符合要求,但仍存在一些不合理用药情况。结论:定期进行处方点评、了解处方开具情况,可以及时发现临床用药存在的问题,适当干预有利于提高临床用药水平,应予持续开展。
OBJECTIVE： To comment the outpatient ＆ emergency prescriptions in Sichuan Hospital for Maternal and Child Health during April 2010-April 2011 period, and analyze the drug use and the problems encountered in the drug use. METHODS： 1 300 outpatient ＆ emergency prescriptions randomly collected in Sichuan Hospital for Maternal and Child Health during April 2010-April 2011 period were given comment and analysis. RESULTS： Most of the prescribing indicators were up to the standard yet irrational drug use phenomena still existed. CONCLUSION： It is important to perform regular comment on prescriptions so as to get information of the prescriptions and detect the problems lie in clinical drug use, aimed at which, proper intervention is necessary for it may contribute to improvement in clinical rational drug use level. The practice of comment on prescriptions should be performed without cessation.
