摘要
采用高效液相色谱法,以乙腈+水溶液为流动相,使用YWG C18 10μm为填料的不锈钢柱和紫外波长检测器,检测波长223nm,对吡虫·螺螨酯10%乳油进行定量分析。结果表明,方法的标准偏差分别为0.02、0.02,变异系数为0.395%、0.385%,平均回收率为99.95%、99.82%,线性相关系数为0.999、0.998。
The essay use HPLC to analysis 10% Imidaeloprid Spirodiclofen EC, use acetonitrile and water as mobile phase, C18 10txm as stainless steel pillar stuffed, UV wavelength detector, and wavelength detect as 223nm. The result shows this method standard deviation as 0.02, 0.02, coefficient of variation as 0.395%, 0.385%, average recovery rate as 99.95%, 99.82%, linear correlation conefficient as 0.999, 0.998.
