提出了一种基于单片机的凝析油撬控制系统的设计方案,该系统能有效地控制凝析油撬塔顶的气体压力、稳定塔的液位,换热器的温度及凝析油输出的流量。保证凝析油撬的稳定可靠的工作。该系统具备安全保护、工艺自动报警及管理功能。

This paper proposes a microcontroller-based condensate skid control system design,the system can effectively control the gas pressure of the condensate pry the top of the tower,to stabilize the tower level,the temperature of the heat exchanger and condensate outputtraffic.Ensure that condensate pry the stable and reliable work.The system features security protection technology automatic alarm management functions.
