介绍了SIMATIC PCS7控制系统的系统结构,硬件组成。该控制系统在化工行业很好的与污水处理工艺相结合,使用恰当的控制方案,以位置式PID为基础,提高了污水的回用率和排放标准,增加了工厂的节能减排能力。SIMATICPCS7控制系统也增加了经济效益。
This paper introduces the system structure of SIMATIC PCS7 control system,hardware components.The control system in the chemical industry combines good with the sewage treatment technology,using properly control scheme,basing on Iocational PID,effectively improving the reuse wastewater,the emission standard and the ability of energy saving and emission reduction.The SIMATIC PCS7 control system increases the economic benefits.
