隔离肢体灌注治疗局部进展期软组织肉瘤
摘要
软组织肉瘤来源于脂肪、筋膜、肌肉、淋巴及血管等间叶组织的恶性肿瘤，可发生于任何部位，但约75％的病变位于四肢，最常见于大腿。这类肿瘤恶性程度高，尤其是局部进展期软组织肉瘤在就诊时通常体积较大，导致局部处理困难，需要广泛性手术或致残性手术（结合或不结合放疗）来进行治疗，术后可能导致严重的肢体功能障碍，其中大约10％的患者需要截肢。从以往的截肢手术到保肢手术，虽然一定程度上改善了患者的生存质量，
