腔镜微创食管癌手术与开放手术对照分析 被引量：3

摘要 胸腹腔镜联合食管癌手术是近几年发展起来的治疗方法，因手术复杂，技术难度高，目前仅在国内少数医疗中心开展，且手术并发症时有发生。现对浙江大学医学院附属第二医院及台州医院近年实施的137例胸、腹腔镜联合食管癌切除手术并与同期76例传统3切口开放食管癌手术的相关指标进行回顾性对照分析如下。
