脊髓血管母细胞瘤的诊断和治疗 被引量：1

摘要 脊髓血管母细胞瘤临床上较少见，仅占脊髓肿瘤的1％～4％”，诊断较困难，易与脊髓血管畸形、海绵状血管瘤相混淆。肿瘤血供丰富、病变部位广泛，治疗也比较困难。近年来随着MRI及DSA的广泛应用，本病的诊断和治疗水平有了很大提高。我院2001至2011年共收治脊髓血管母细胞瘤患者36例，现将诊治情况报道并分析如下。
