近年来,我国民间组织的数量增长突飞猛进,但在发展中仍然存在很多问题,自主性缺失是民间组织无论在组织自身生存,还是达成公益目标过程中都存在的核心困境。试图从民间组织和政府的互动关系中探索民间组织失灵的过程,并解释这一问题产生的原因。

In recent years,the rapid growth in the number of China＇s Non-Governmental Organizations,but many problems still exist in the development of the NGOs.The lack of autonomy is the core plight of Non-Governmental Organizations in terms of organizing their own survival or achieving public interest objectives.This paper attempts to explore the failure of Non-Governmental Organizations,and explain the causes of this problem from the interaction between Non-Governmental Organizations and Governments.
