摘要
介绍了塔河油田生产系统产出液的腐蚀特性。根据现场用缓蚀剂油溶性好而缓蚀效果较差的状况,以油酸、二乙烯三胺和二甲苯为原料,通过合成、复配与评价试验,室内合成了五种水溶而油微缓蚀剂,确定了适用于该油田油井产出液的水溶而油微溶油井缓蚀剂系列TP/K-3,并通过红外光谱进行表征。应用静态挂片,电化学极化曲线评价其缓蚀性能及缓蚀机理。实验结果表明,TP/K-3系列缓蚀剂除具有很强的适应性外,还对20#钢具有抗CO2和H2S等酸性介质的优点。当缓蚀剂的加入量在100mg/L时,其缓蚀效果可达90%左右,平均静态腐蚀速率小于0.076mm/a。
The water's corrosion from Tahe production system was introduced in this paper.According to the situation that anti-corrosive is good at oil-soluble but bad at inhibition of corrosion.We composed five kinds of water-soluble and oil-microsoluble anti-corrosive agent in lab.In this test,the corrosion inhibitor TP/K-3 ware synthesied with oleic acids,diethylenetriamine and other materials and it shows good corrosion protection property to sour sewage in oil f ields.According to the situation that corrosion inhibitor is good at water-soluble but bad in oil solution.The chemical structural formula of corrosion inhibitor TP/K-3 ware studied by infrared spectrogram.The corrosion inhibition performance were investigated by weight-loss measurement and electrochemical polarization curves.The TP/K-3 has the resistance not only to 20 # steel but also to acid medium such as CO 2 and H 2 S.When the cocentration of corrosion inhibitor is 100 mg/L,the corrosion protection rate is about 90%,and the corrosion rate is less than 0.076 mm/a.
