摘要
乙烯装置甲烷化反应器进料加热器EH-417在运行中,进料加热器壳体法兰的焊接热影响区发生脆性断裂,经过分析,得出设计者没有重视高温高压条件下的氢腐蚀,错误地选用碳素结构钢,导致壳体法兰因氢腐蚀产生微纹。裂纹形核、扩展,在各种应力作用下导致断裂。并提出了相关的防范措施。
As the feeding heater of ethylene plant methanation reactor EH-417 was in operation,the welding heat affected zone of the feeding heater's shell flange would brittle fracture.Through analyses,this paper gets the result that designers didn't take highly attention on the hydrogen corrosion in the condition of high temperature and high pressure,and chose carbon structural steel mistakenly,these leaded to the shell flange emerge crack under the hydrogen corrosion.Crack nucleated,expanded,fracture happened under the different kinds of stress.At last,this paper puts forward relevant countermeasures.
