“后大众化”时代独立学院人才培养模式研究——以南通大学杏林学院为例

Research on the Talents Cultivation Mode of Independent College during the Period of Post-Popularization——A Case Study of Xinglin College of Nantong University

在高等教育"后大众化"时代到来的新形势下,独立学院要想经受住严峻的考验,面对日渐理性且复杂的社会经济发展大环境,制定符合自身发展需求的人才培养模式方案尤为重要。基于此,通过分析"后大众化"时代对独立学院发展的影响,明确了建立"应用型人才"培养模式的重要性,并以南通大学杏林学院为例,浅析了形成这一培养模式的具体要求和措施。

As the higher education comes into the period of post-popularization and the social and economical environment becomes increasingly reasonable and complex,it is particularly important for the independent college to formulate a plan for cultivating talents that can meet their own demands in order to withstand the severe test.This paper analyzes the impact of the post-popularization period on the development of independent college,making clear the importance of establishing the practical talents cultivation mode.It also takes Nantong University Xinglin College as an example to analyze the specific requirements and measures needed to establish this mode.
