摘要
高压辊磨机因其在使用过程中可以省掉磨碎前的中细碎设备,而且可以不设中间矿仓,以及与其他粉碎设备配用可实现整个系统的最佳粉碎效果,所以其在铁矿石加工中的应用快速增长。本文介绍了高压辊磨机在铁矿石加工中的应用与选型,说明正确认识高压辊磨机的加工性能并采用合适的参数进行选型,可优化现有铁矿石加工工艺流程,达到节能降耗的效果。
The high pressure roller mill is able to have the optimal pulverizing effect,integrated with other breaking equipment,without provision of moderate-fine crushing equipment before grinding and setting up of intermediate ore bin in its operation process.Therefore,it has found a swiftly growing application in the processing of iron ore.The paper presents its application and selection in the iron ore processing by explaining that proper knowledge of processability of the high pressure roller mill and appropriate data use in the selection could optimize the existing the iron ore processing flowsheet and achieve results of energy saving and consumption reduction.
