摘要
通过在聚合体系中加入链调节剂来缩短聚合反应时间,并对链调节剂的用量和反应温度进行了研究。试验结果表明,随着聚合温度的提高,链调节剂加入量的增加,聚合反应时间缩短,而PVC糊树脂的聚合度和质量均合格,为进一步提高生产能力提供了依据。
Adding the chain modifier to shorten the reaction time in the Polymerization system,and research the dosage and temperature.The experimental results show that,as the temperature elevated and the chain modifier added,the polymerization time shorten and the degree of polymerization and quality of paste resin all Qualified.It provides a basis to improve the production capacity.
