摘要
文章针对如何加强信息化条件下船舶维修保障人才的培养,提出了更新观念、确立方法、明确机制、完善考核等具体措施,探讨了全周期的船舶维修保障人才培养及基于能力的训练考核评估方法。
Aiming at how to enhance the training of ship maintenance and support personnel under informati- zation, this paper put forward concrete steps such as refreshing conception, establishing methods, defining the mechanism and consummating examination, it also discussed the full-period training of ship maintenance and sup- port personnel, and evaluation method of training and examination based on ability.
