不同厂家生产的心神宁片的红外光谱分析研究

Analysis and Studies of Xinshen Ning Tablets on Different Pharmaceutical Factories by FTIR Spectroscopy

利用傅立叶变换红外光谱法,考察三个不同厂家生产的心神宁片的红外光谱图及其二阶导数光谱图的差异。结果表明,由于各个生产厂家在生产控制方面的差异,心神宁片的红外光谱图亦存在一定的差异,根据其谱图的特征可以有效地将它们区分开。本研究建立了心神宁片的傅里叶变换红外光谱分析方法,该方法具有简便、快速、低成本等特点,为心神宁片的鉴别提供了科学依据。

Using the method of fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,FTIR spectral and the secondary derivative IR spectral of the Xinshen Ning Tablets from different pharmaceutical factories was studied.As a result of the differences of each pharmaceutical factory in production control,infrared spectrum of the Xinshen Ning tablets are also different.According to their characteristics of the FTIR spectrum,they can be effectively separated.Through this research,the method of FTIR fingerprint spectrum of Xinshen Ning Tablets was established.The Infrared spectroscopy analysis technique is simple,fast,low cost,and can be used for quantitative analysis of Xinshen Ning Tablets.
