目的 :探讨胃肠激素与脾胃气虚型小儿厌食症的关系。方法 :通过放射免疫测定法对 30例脾胃气虚型厌食症患儿进行了血浆神经降压素 (NT)和酪神经肽 (NPY)的测定 ,并与 2 5例健康儿童对照。结果 :脾胃气虚型厌食症患儿血浆 NT高于正常对照组 ,NPY低于正常对照组。结论 :脾胃气虚型小儿厌食症的发生与
Objective:To explore the relation between gastrointestinal hormone and infantile anorexia due to insufficiency of the splenico gastric Qi(IAISGQ).Methods:The plasma neurotensin(NT) and neuropeptide y (NPY) were detected by radioimmunoassay in 30 cases of IAISGQ and 25 healthy children(as normal control group).Results:The content of plasma NT of IAISGQ was higher than that of normal control group,and the content of plasma NPY of IAISGQ was lower than that of normal control group.Conclusion:There is internal relation between the occurrence of IAISGQ and changes of NT and NPY.
