摘要
目的 :介绍应用Artglass烤塑树脂贴面作前牙美容修复的制作方法。 方法 :使用德国Artglass烤塑材料 ,对 52颗患牙进行美容贴面修复治疗。 结果 :52颗患牙均一次完成治疗 ,随访 6个月～ 1 5a。 1颗牙 2个月后脱落重贴 ;2颗在切端有牙本质过敏现象 ,经脱敏治疗恢复正常 ;1颗切端折裂 ,以光固化复合树脂修复 ;其余均正常使用 ,色泽、形态均无变化。结论 :Artglass烤塑树脂贴面具有良好的抗磨耗、高度的颜色稳定性 ,保证了修复体的强度和美观的要求 ,能达到满意的临床修复效果。
Objective:To apply Artglass resin veneers for the front teeth cosmetic restoration with illustration of its operating methods.Methods:Fifty two teeth were veneered aesthetically by using Germany new type of restorative material Artglass.Results:The treatment of 52 tooth veneers had been finished within one day.After six months to one year and a half follow up,one case veneer lost after two months,two cases occured hypersensitiveness of dentin and one case veneer fractured in incisal edge,the others were kept normally without any changes in shades and contour.Conclusion:Artglass veneer can meet the requirements of restorative cosmetics and strength with a good redult in clinical application.
