中西医结合治疗上尿路结石36例临床观察

Effective observation of treatment to calculus of upper urinary tract with combination with traditional Chinese and western medicine

目的：观察中西医结合保守治疗上尿路结石的疗效。方法：对３６例上尿路结石患者进行临床观察。结果：治愈２９例（８０．５％），好转５例（１３．９％），无效２例（５．６％），总有效率９４．４％。结论：中西医结合治疗上尿路结石效果好。

Objective: It is to study the curation effects of conservation treatment to calculus of upper urinary tract with combination with traditional Chinese and western medicine. Methods: It is to study 36 cases with calculus of upper urinary tract. Results: 29 cases have been cured (80. 5 % ). 5 cases with obvious improvment (13. 9 % ). 2 cases failed to respond to medical treatment (5. 6% ). Total effective rate is 94. 4 %. Conclusion: Therapy of combination with traditional Chinese and western medicine is efficacious.
