静吸复合全身麻醉联合连硬外麻在上腹部手术中的应用体会

General anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia in upper abdominal operation and the application experience

目的:探讨上腹部手术应用静吸复合全身麻醉联合连硬外麻醉的临床效果。方法:选取上腹部手术的患者60例,随机分成连硬外麻组(A组)、单纯静吸复合全身麻醉组(B组)和静吸复合全身麻醉联合连硬外麻组(C组)各20例。结果:三组患者在麻醉开始后30 min SBP、DBP、MAP及HR较术前均有下降(P<0.05),但C组患者的SBP、DBP和MAP下降幅度较B组、A两组有显著改变(P<0.05)。结论:静吸复合全身麻醉联合连硬外麻在上腹部手术麻醉效果好,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the abdominal operation on the application of general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia clinical effect.Methods Set upper abdominal operation patients were randomly divided into 60 cases,even the epidural anesthesia group（A group）,simple general anesthesia group（B group） and general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia group company（group C） in 20 cases.Results 3 groups of patients in anesthesia after the start of 30 min SBP, DBP, MAP and HR compared with preoperative decreased（P 〈 0.05）,but the C group of patients with SBP, DBP and MAP decrease over the B,A two group had significant changes（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion General anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia in upper abdominal operation and good anesthetic effect,worthy of clinical aoplication.
