利巴韦林泵吸治疗毛细支气管炎58例疗效观察

摘要 目的:观察利巴韦林采用泵吸治疗毛细支气管炎的疗效。方法:将108例毛细支气管炎患儿随机分为对照组50例和观察组58例。观察组在吸氧,沙丁胺醇雾化平喘,布地奈德雾化消炎等常规治疗的基础上加用利巴韦林泵吸;对照组在上述治疗的基础上加用利巴韦林静脉滴注。疗程均在症状缓解巩固后,观察喘憋缓解时间,哮喘音消失时间和治愈时间,并对比其疗效。结果:观察组与对照组患儿喘憋缓解、哮鸣音消失时间、治疗时间及疗效比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:利巴韦林泵吸疗效优于利巴韦林静脉滴注。
