宫腔塞纱在产后出血中的应用研究

The investigation of Uterine plug yarn in postpartum hemorrhage

目的:探讨宫腔塞纱在产后出血的治疗效果。方法:对161例产后出血患者进行常规止血方法无效后,采用宫腔填塞纱条的压迫止血方法。结果:剖宫产术中大出血的患者157例中,止血有效155例,失败2例;阴道分娩大出血4例患者全部止血成功。结论:宫腔填纱术对产后出血疗效较好,安全性高,值得在临床推广。

Objective To explore the efficacy of Uterine plug yarn during postpartum hemorrhage.Methods After in-validness of routine homeostatic for 161 patients with postpartum hemorrhage,plug the yams into the uterine cavity to stop bleeding.Results 155 cases were successful to stop bleeding and 2 case failed in 157 patients bleeding with the cesarean section;while 4 patients were all successful to stop bleeding with vaginal births.Conclusion The uterine plug yam is effective and safe for postpartum hemorrhage and worth to be recommended to clinical.
