摘要
研究了在TDI TMP加成物合成过程中甲苯二异氰酸酯 (TDI)与三羟甲基丙烷 (TMP)投料比、反应温度及时间、溶剂种类及抗氧剂对产物性能的影响。试验表明 ,TDI与TMP质量比在 3.89～ 3.91范围、反应温度 75～ 95℃、反应时间 2 .5～ 4h为宜 ;适当添加抗氧剂可减少黄变。
The effects of mass ratio of toluene diisocyanate(TDI) to trimethanol propane (TMP), reaction temperature and time, solvent and antioxidant on the properties of TDI TMP adduct were studied. The results show that the fitting mass ratio of TDI/TMP is 3.89～3.91, reacting 2.5～4 h at 75～95℃. Adding of appropriate antioxidant can reduce yellowing.
