光栅衍射偏角变化规律的研究

摘要 本文讨论光栅衍射的一个基本特性,即光栅衍射偏角的不变性。入射到光栅的光束经光栅衍射,入射光束与衍射光束之间的夹角φ在一定的条件下,不随入射角α的变化而变化,或变化很小。本文根据光栅衍射的基本理论,经推导从理论上证明了这一不变性,又运用电子计算机得出φ-α曲线和有关数据。本文还给出实验测出的α与φ的关系曲线。实测与理论计算都证实了光栅衍射偏角不变性的存在。 A basic property of grating diffraction is discussed.The phenomenon of deviation angle invariance was discovered in our experiment and then studied in the paper.The deviation angle(φ)is the angle difference between the diffracted beam of light by grating and incident beam of light.The invariance mentioned here is that when the incident angle changes,under certain circumstance,the deviation angle will be un- changed or changed a little.Based on the theory of grating diffraction,we made the- oretical analysis of the invariance.A φ—α curve drawn by computer is given,also by experiment is given.The results of experiment and theory deduction have shown the existance of the invaranee of the deviation angle diffracted by grating.
