摘要
以石油焦粉和煤焦油沥青为原料，生产灰分小于 ０. ５％的洁净焦实验为例，研究了炼焦工艺参数对洁净焦质量的影响，以及二因素调优技术在炼焦中的运用，得到的最优参数为沥青用量１６％和炼焦温度１１００℃。
By taking the experiment to produce clean coke with the ash content less than 0. 5% using petroleum coke powder and coal tar pitch as raw material as an example, the effect of cokemaking parameters on the quality of clean coke and application of two - factor evolution- ary technology to cokemaking are studied. The obtained optimal parameters are 16% of pitch rate and 1 100℃ cokemaking temperature.
