摘要
以固载杂多酸盐 Ti Si W1 2 O40 /Ti O2 为催化剂 ,通过对羟基苯甲酸和正戊醇合成了对羟基苯甲酸戊酯 ,并探讨了诸因素对产率的影响。实验表明 ,Ti Si W1 2 O40 /Ti O2 具有良好的催化活性 ,醇酸摩尔比为 4∶ 1,催化剂用量为反应物料总量的 2 .0 % ,酯化反应时间为 2 .0 h,反应温度为 10 0℃～ 112℃ ,对羟基苯甲酸戊酯的产率可达 85 .4%。
In this paper,the synthesis of pentyl p hydroxybenzoate with TiSiW 12 O 40 /TiO 2 were studied with pentanol and p hydroxybenzoic acid as reactants,and the influence of the factors on the yield of the reaction were discussed. It showed that the solid superacid TiSiW 12 O 40 /TiO 2 was an excellent catalyst,the yield of the pentyl p hydroxybenzoate couldbe reached over 85.4% under molar ratio of pentyl to p hydroxybenzoic. acid is 4∶1,the quantity of catalyst is equal to 2.0% feed stock,the reaction temperature is 100 ℃～112 ℃,and the reaction time is 2.0 h.
