摘要
采用滤纸作为基质的固体表面荧光光度法测定微量铟 ,考察了以桑色素为荧光试剂测定铟 (In)的最佳条件。实验表明 ,该方法测定铟的线性范围是 0~ 5 3ng,检出限为 2 ng,对于 2 0 ng的铟测定 10次 ,其相对标准偏差为 1.7%
A filter paper fluorimetric method for deterimination of trace indium in silver powder was studied. The method was base on the fluorimetric reaction of morin with indium(Ⅲ). The linear range was 0~53 ng and limit of detection was 2 ng. The relative standard deviation was 1.7% for 10 determination of 20 ng indium.The method has been applied to determine trace indium in silver powder with satisfied result.
