摘要
给出了我国北方某天然所化工公司 70t/h燃油锅炉配套用热管空气预热器的设计和运行监测结构。重点介绍了钢 -水热管应用在工作温度超过 30 0℃的保护办法以及北方室外在 - 30℃的环境竖直应用钢 -水热管的防冻办法。特别对燃油锅炉应用热管空气预热器的灰垢堵塞问题进行了深入浅出的分析和合理的设计 ,以确保长期运行。
The design of the heatpipe air preheater which match the 70 t/h oil-burning boiler used in some gas chemical industry company in the north of our country and the the running control were introduced, the protecting way which is used for the steel-water heat pipe under the work temperature exceeding 300 ℃ and the freeie prevention meature of the upright applied steel-water heat pipe under -30 ℃ outdoors of the north area were emphatic described. The presenting dust stain of the applied reat pipe interchanger (heat exchanger) for oil-burning boiler were analyzed, in order to make sure the instau runing well in long-term.
