黄芪对长时间训练后女篮队员部分化学指标影响的研究

摘要 为了研究黄芪对长时间训练后女篮队员血液中超氧化物歧化酶,丙二醛、皮质醇、睾酮的影响,让参加CUBS大赛的我校女子篮球运动员在4周长时间训练后,连续服用两周黄芪水,然后对受试对象血液中SOD、MDA、T、C等指标进行实验测试,结果显示:12名队员通过4周长时间训练,SOD、MDA、T、C含量都出现不同程度的上升.而经过两周常规训练,6名对照组队员SOD、MDA、C含量进一步下降,说明运动员恢复不足.实验组在两周常规训练期间,服用黄芪中药,MDA与训练前没有显著性差异,SOD与C含量与训练前相比显著性降低,T含量与训练前相比显著性升高.经分析得出:长时间运动训练对女篮队员组织细胞破坏能力增强;黄芪可有效提升消除自由基的活性,同时降低运动训练对组织细胞的破坏能力,从而使女篮队员运动能力增强;黄芪所出现的C含量下降说明在糖异生作用方面,黄芪单剂可以有效加速体内脂肪的代谢,对糖原代谢和肝脏起到很好的保护作用. The study aims to investigate the effect of astragalus on SOD,MDA,T,C in the blood of women’s basketabll team after long training.Twelve Femals basketball players in XATU were cholsen as the subjects.Players who were going to take part in CUBS were asked to take astragalus for two weeks after four-week-long training.Then the indexes of SOD,MDA,T,C in the subjects’ blood were tested.After four weeks training,the concentrations of SOD,MDA,T,C in the blood of the 12 players increased to different degrees.After 2 weeks converitional training,the concentrations of SOD,MDA,C of the 6 players in the control group decreased,indicating an in sufficient recovery.During 2 weeks conventional training,players in the experimental group took astragalus.There was no siguificant change in MDA before and after training.The content of SOD and C decreased significantly while the content of T increased significantly compored with that before training.Prolonged training can enhance the destrution to fissue.Astragalus can effectively enhance the elimination of free radicals,and reduce the destruction of long training to tissue,thus strengthening players’ sports ability.The deline of C content in gluconeogenesis indicates that astragalus can speed up the fat metabolism and protect glycogen metabolism and liver effectively.
