计及经济效益的系统主变压器节能增容改造分析研究 被引量:3

摘要 在考虑经济效益的条件下,选择在现运行主变压器基础上进行增容改造。通过对增容改造方案的分析研究,进行设计计算、结构优化、提高抗短路能力、制造工艺等方面新型节能型有载调压变压器的技术研究,成功地实施了节能增容改造。改造后降低了变压器的空载损耗、负载损耗,提高了变压器满载率。并经测试表明主要技术性能指标等符合国标,节能效果、经济效益和社会效益显著。最后论述了计及经济效益的主变压器节能增容改造是一条比较好的、符合我国国情的老式变压器更新换代的途径,其推广应用于实际工程具有十分广泛的前景。 Taking economic benefits into account, this paper discusses the reform method for energy saving and capacity increase on the basis of the operating main transformer. By analyzing and research on the reform scheme, the paper discusses the manufacturing process of the new type of energy saving on-load voltage regulating transformer by design calculation, structure optimization and improving the ability to withstand short circuit, and implements the energy saving and capacity increasing reform successfully. The reform can effectively reduce the no-load loss and load loss of the transformer, improve transformer load rate. Tests show that the main technical performance indicators are in line with national standards, as well as energy saving effect, economic benefits and social benefits are significant. Finally, this paper points out that the reform is a relatively better method to replace the old transformer according with our national condition, there is a wide prospect in its application in practical engineering.
