摘要
介绍了SAS-550型电流互感器的结构和技术特点,分析了广西电网一起SF_6电流互感器内部绝缘击穿事故的原因,解体结果表明电容屏接筒与玻璃钢筒内壁之间的绝缘裕度不足是本次故障的主要原因,且该产品在制作工艺以及运输控制方面都存在隐患,在运行电压下容易发生绝缘劣化,在外界诱因影响下可能会发生内部绝缘击穿事故。此事故经验可对电流互感器的选型和运行维护提供参考。
This paper introduces the structure and technical feature of SAS-550 current transformer (CT), and analyzes the reason of insulation breakdown accident in SF6 CT in Guangxi 500 kV substation. The disintegration result shows that insufficient insulation margin between capacitance plates and inner surface of bushing is the main factor of this accident, but also the lack of manufacturing technology and transporting control may lead to insulation aging and even a breakdown accident. Based on which, the paper puts forward some suggestions on equipment selection and operation maintenance.
