职工文化建设作为企业文化的重要组成部分和工会履行维护职能的重要手段,对于开展丰富多彩的职工文体活动,倡导健康文明的生活方式,满足职工群众日益增长的精神文化需求,提高职工队伍的素质,从而推动构建和谐企业,都有着极为重要的现实意义。近年来,义乌市总工会联合政府相关部门进一步加大职工文化和企业文化建设,积极引导和推进基层文化活动的规范化、经常化、多样化建设,丰富职工的文化生活,促进企业和谐发展,培育职工群众的高尚情操和文明风尚,进一步推动了社会主义文化的大发展大繁荣。

Workers ’ culture as an important part of corporate culture and important means of carrying out maintenance functions of trade unions,for a variety of activities and sports,advocating healthy and civilized way of life,meet the growing spiritual and cultural needs of the masses of staff and workers,improving the quality of the workforce,thus contributing to building a harmonious enterprise,are extremely important practical significance.In recent years,Yiwu Union coalition Government relevant departments to further strengthen trade union culture and enterprise culture construction,actively guiding and advancing the construction of standardized and regular grass-roots cultural activities,diversification,and enrich the cultural life of workers,promote harmonious development,cultivating the noble sentiments of the masses of staff and workers and civilized fashion,further promoting the development and prosperity of Socialist culture.
