Based on the Delphi language, this paper describes a software for LED display screen, which can show the station serial communication line fault and Network-duty situation. Its main function is to receive and process the data by the computer serial port and serial data from the real-time machine. And the system time, personnel on duty situations and the contents of the notice can be displayed on the screen.
