摘要
集体研课应回归正确的主体价值取向——教师在体验智慧中生长智慧。集体研课的核心是变研制"教案"为研讨"问题"——从日常教学的细小处、现实处发掘出"智慧型问题",并对这些问题进行精致化的专题研讨,最终上升到对学科本质的理性思考,从而最大程度地促进教师教学智慧的生长,获得本质意义上的职业专业化的成长。
Group studying lessons should return to the correct orientation, that is, teachers developing their wisdom in experiencing wisdom, whose core is to change from studying and making teaching plans to studying and discussing questions. Wisdom-oriented questions should he sought out from daily teaching process, which must be deliberated in great detail with a view to reaching the level of considering the quality of the subject rationally.
