中压加氢凡士林残留稠环芳烃脱除研究

摘要 开发了一种能有效吸附稠环芳烃的新型吸附剂 ,成功地应用在金陵石化公司化工一厂万吨级中压 ( 6 0MPa)加氢装置上 ,使凡士林产品质量符合英国药典BP 93版标准。通过新型吸附剂与活性白土比较实验后认为 :新型吸附剂吸附稠环芳烃性能及在工业装置上使用性能均好于活性白土。凡士林经新型吸附剂精制后紫外谱图峰值≤ 0 6,而经活性白土精制后紫外谱图峰值 >1 6。 A new adsorbent capable of adsorbing effectively polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon was developed.This adsorbent was used successfully in a hydrogenation apparatus with capacity of ten thousand ton by medium pressure(6.0 MPa).The quality of vaseline products obtained agreed with the standard of Pharmacopoeia Britannica BP 93.By comparision of this new adsorbent with activated clay,it was found that this new adsorbent was superior to activated clay both in adsorption of polycycoic hydrocarbons and in application to the industrial equipment.Vaseline treated with this new adsorbent had UV atlas peak value≤0 6 Vs the UV atlas peak value>1 6 of vaseline treated with activated clay.
