摘要
在自制的异戊醇铝催化剂和无水氯化锌助催化剂作用下 ,以异戊醛为原料一步合成出异戊酸异戊酯。对影响反应的因素作了考察 ,以收率为指标时其主次顺序为 :[m(ZnCl2 )∶m(异戊醇铝 ) ]>异戊醇铝用量 >反应温度 >反应时间 ;并且确定出反应的最佳工艺条件为 :w(异戊醇铝 ) =1 0 %,m(ZnCl2 )∶m(异戊醇铝 ) =0 5∶1 0 ,反应温度 2 0℃ ,反应时间 5h ;在此工艺条件下异戊酸异戊酯收率和选择性分别可达 87%和 98%以上。用气相色谱、质谱和红外光谱对合成产物做了定性、定量分析。
The simple method of one step synthesis of isoamyl isovalerate from isovaleraldehyde under aluminum isoamyloxide catalyst and ZnCl\-2 co catalyst was studied.The sequence of primary influencing factors of reaction was m(ZnCl\-2)∶ m(aluminum isoamyloxide) >the amount of aluminum isoamyloxide>the reaction temperature>the reaction time. Optimum rection conditions were as follows: amount of aluminum isoamyloxide 10%, mass ratio of ZnCl\-2 to aluminum isoamyloxide 0 5∶1 0, rection temperature 20 ℃,and rection time 5 h.Under these conditions,the yield and selectivity of isoamyl isovalerate was over 87% and 98% respectively.The synthesiszed compound was analyzed by GS,MS and IR.
