摘要
以K2 CO3或KF Al2 O3作为碱、四丁基溴化铵 (TBAB)作为相转移催化剂 ,采用微波辐射技术和无溶剂干反应技术相结合的方法迅速地合成了四种苯乙腈的单烷基化物。当反应条件为 :苯乙腈1 0mmol,卤代烷 1 1 5mmol,TBAB 1mmol,微波功率 2 4 0W ,辐射时间 1~ 1 5min,产率 79%~ 85%。
Four α monoalkylated products of benzyl cyanide were synthesized via rapid alkylation of benzyl cyanide in ‘dry’media under microwave irradiation coupled with PTC.Under the reaction conditions:benzyl cyanide 10 mmol,alkyl halide 11.5 mmol,tetrabutylammonium bromide 1 mmol,microwave power 240 W and microwave irradiation time 1-1.5 min.The isolated yields ranged from 79%~85%.
