医用蒸汽灭菌柜汽水分离器的研制

Development of Steam Separator for Medical Autoclave

目的:研制一种可提高医用蒸汽灭菌柜灭菌质量,延长使用寿命,并具有一台可带多台蒸汽灭菌柜的汽水分离装置。方法:加铸汽水分离板,中间放置不锈钢片和丝网,使蒸汽冲撞汽水分离板和丝网,从而分离出蒸汽中所含的水分,并拦截蒸汽中的杂质,给医用蒸汽灭菌柜提供高质量的蒸汽。结果:解决了医用蒸汽灭菌柜长期湿包的故障,并起到延长其使用寿命的作用。结论:该医用蒸汽灭菌柜汽水分离器结构简单,成本较低,通过2 a多的临床试验,效果很好,适用于各级医院消毒供应中心,值得推广。

Objootivo To develop a steam separator to improve the sterilization and prolong the service life, which can meet the requirements of multiple autoclaves. Mothods A steam separator plate, stainless steel sheet and wire mesh were used to separate the water and impurities from the steam. Results The service life of the medical autoclave was prolonged. Conclusion The steam separator, being simple and low-cost, can be applied in all grades of hospital sterilization centers and is worth popularizing.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2012,33（9）：31-32]
