卫生信息系统语义集成与仿真分析方法研究

Research on Semantic Integration and Simulation-based Analysis Approach for Healthcare Information System

目的:针对我国卫生信息系统集成缺乏系统性的问题,以提高语义互操作性为目标,围绕面向服务架构(ser-vice-oriented architecture,SOA)环境下卫生信息系统集成的理论与方法论展开研究。方法:从系统工程角度对卫生信息系统语义集成问题进行分析,在建立卫生信息系统集成相关概念体系的基础上,深入研究面向语义的卫生信息系统集成方法论。结果:采用先进的软件设计方法为卫生信息系统的设计、集成以及基于仿真的分析提供指导和全过程支持。结论:本研究系方法论研究,有利于推动医学信息标准发展和管理规范的制定。

Objective To study the theory and methodology for heahheare information system integration under SOA andenhance the semantic interoperability. Mothods The semantic integration of healthcare information system was analyzed from the aspect of system engineering, then the methodology for the healthcare information system integration was studied on the basis of related concept system, Results The advanced software development method was involved in the design and integration of healthcare information system as well as simulation-based analysis.
