精神疾病患者CT增强扫描时的护理风险管理

Nursing Risk Management for Enhanced CT Scan of Patients with Mental Illness

目的:探索精神疾病患者在CT增强扫描中的护理风险管理方法。方法:收集2010年5月至2011年8月共21例精神疾病患者资料,依据中国精神障碍分类与诊断标准第3版(CCMD-3)进行诊断,实施CT增强扫描病例,对扫描前及扫描过程中的护理风险管理进行回顾性分析。结果:21例精神疾病患者均安全成功完成检查。结论:实施扫描前的护理风险评估及扫描中的风险管理,可确保精神疾病患者安全、成功完成检查,为精神疾病患者实施CT增强扫描提供了一种实用、安全、有效的方法。

Objective To explore the nursing risk management method for enhanced CT scan of the patients with mental illness, Metbods Twenty-one patients with mental illness from May 2010 to August 2011 were diagnosed according to Chinese Classification and Diagnostic Criteria for Mental Disorders（3rd Edition）, and then underwent enhanced CT scan. A retrospective analysis for the nursing risk management before and during the scan was performed, Results Twenty-one patients went through the scan successfully. Conchusion The nursing risk evaluation and management respectively before and during the scan are very important for enhanced CT scan of the patients with mental illness.
