门诊西医不合理使用中成药分析及对策

Analysis of Irrational Use of Chinese Patent Medicines in Western Medicine Treatment and Countermeasures

目的:了解我院门诊西医使用中成药的情况,分析其中存在的问题,为临床合理使用中成药提供借鉴。方法:随机抽查我院2011年下半年门诊处方,对西医开具含中成药处方的用药情况等进行统计分析。结果:共抽查到西医开具中成药处方1 629张,不合理使用中成药处方67张,不合理使用率为4.11%。门诊西医使用中成药存在不合理用药问题。结论:我院部分西医的中药理论知识相对缺乏,使用中成药的合理性有待进一步规范。医院有关管理部门以及医师、药师应积极应对,做好预防措施。

Objective：To analyze the irrational use of Chinese patent medicines in Western medicine treatment so as to provide references for its clinical use.Methods：A random check of outpatient prescriptions in the second half of 2011 was performed.The prescriptions with Chinese patent medicines were analyzed for its rational use of drugs.Results：67（4.11%） of the 1 629 prescriptions with Chinese patent medicines had their irrational use of medicine prescriptions.There were some irrational drug use problems in Western medicine treatment.Conclusion：Some doctors had lack of traditional Chinese medicine knowledge,and the rational use of Chinese patent medicines should be further standardized.The administrative department of the hospital as well as doctors,pharmacists should take strict measures to guard against the irrational drug use.
