软件开发项目的成功标准及关键因素研究 被引量：2

摘要 项目成功是项目管理研究的重要内容,本文结合软件开发项目的特点,对项目成功的概念、项目成功的标准和关键因素三个方面进行研究,帮助项目管理者预测、评价项目绩效,提高项目运作水平,以确保项目的圆满完成。
